That HAIR!!

I was going to get get Noah's hair cut today, for the first time. It is time. It really is. I mean, yesterday, after a particularly bed-head-y nap, here is what my little man looked like. Just LOOK:

(and doesn't that last shot look like he is OVERJOYED to be giving me a foot rub?? Ha! I WISH.)

Can you see the tufts above each ear? Can you SEE the cotton-candy fluff at the back of his head?? And the shock on front that threatens to sweep into his eyes....

And yet... I didn't go today.

I'm not ready for that inevitable "boy, not baby" look.

So for now, bring on the tornado head.

:)

I'm deathly afraid to get Max's hair cut too -- he doesn't have as much on top as Noah does, but he has the tufts over the ears -- we call it 'Grandpa hair'. I think I'm going to have to bite the bullet and do it before our photo shoot next weekend.

Ok, sorry, that was all about me. Noah is adorable! And I love his fresh from the nap smiles. Seriously, he makes me smile!!!

Oh Emily.... I hear you! Noah's hair is not cut yet and he has more than your Noah. ;) I'm not ready for a "big boy" yet either, I like having my baby still.

Don't do it. He will lose the babyness that is uniquely him. Wait, wait, wait. They are growing up too fast!!! Don't hurry it.

oh my word, I love it. & I think he DOES love giving you a foot massage. train him early!!

No one says you have to cut his hair. He doesn't care. Just do it when you're ready. . . He's adorable regardless.

Those pics are adorable- here's to long fuzz! I agree with the others- don't hurry to get that first haircut. I say, wait until HE seems bothered by it... until then, let it grow as long as you please. Of course, if you get people commenting on what a pretty girl he is, you may want to do something at that point, too... :)
