Noah's "Steps in The Right Direction"

An homage to Stef's video on Max walking. Because I bet her that Noah would do this exact thing... the clinging/scooting/avoiding independent walking thing... Ha ha.

Oh well... all in good time. all in good time. He CAN do it. He just doesn't quite realize he CAN.

He is so BARELY hanging on to you! Seriously!! He is ALMOST there. And the refusal to walk/jelly legs/back arching. Oh lord, we had a TON of that today... He totally CAN walk...you are right about that. I think he and Max have more in common than we thought -- not just the birthday! :)

Awwwww! So adorable! He is totally a walker! Here's a great trick for you...hold a marker, or toothbrush, or something like that and have him grab it while you're holding it, then walk. Then, you can let go, but he'll still feel like he's holding you. Totally a "Dumbo's feather" kind of thing. 'Cause, as you said, he just doesn't realize he doesn't need to hold that finger. :)

Good job, Noah! You are growing up so fast. Hopefully we will get to see you soon. We miss you!!

Noah can TOTALLY walk. I assume he wakes up in the middle of the night and walks around his crib just for the fun of it. Maybe a night-time camera is needed....

But walking is SO HARD!!

YAY, Noah!!

Also, he's looking like a 3 year old all of a sudden. . . what's that about? What are you feeding him?

He is too cute and SOOOOO close! I love the tantrum at the end :) I know you really want him to walk, but I never get tired of that scoot! He and Max are quite inventive when it comes to getting around! I see a creative trouble maker in your future.

That was AWESOME! YAY NOAH! And I am so impressed by his signing! I wish I were that smart.

Hilarious. You can almost see the moment where he's like "Oh...let me just SCOOT to you, for heaven's sake."

Such a heartbreaker, NOAH!

I love it - he's totally a walker. And your hair is adorable, missie!

Yay for walking. Yay for motor development (at times like this I am such an OT... it's annoying).

But I'm also a doting aunt. Can't wait to see him (and you...)

When did he get so big?! Even with Skype I wasn't quite ready to see him with his big boy haircut and big boy feelings. He is so blessed to have parents like you two... hugs to all...
